Mascalzone Latino - Capitalia Team will be anxiously awaiting the performance of their team against Desafío Español 2007 after yesterday's announcement that they're changing their helmsman.
BMW Oracle Racing and Luna Rossa Challenge still on topMay 2, 2007 It was a stressful but triumphant day for the BMW Oracle Racing team as they twice won after coming from behind, first against Shosholoza and then against Victory Challenge. The American team are still tied at top position with Luna Rossa Challenge as the Italians also managed two wins today. Emirates Team New Zealand remain in third place with Desafío Español 2007 trailing them by three points in fourth place. The Spaniards were only one point behind a day earlier, but they only managed one win today compared with two wins for the Kiwis - where Desafío Español's loss was to the Kiwi helmed Mascalzone Latino - Capitalia Team. There will be a chance to close or widen the gap tomorrow as Desafío Español 2007 are scheduled to head it off with Emirates Team New Zealand in Flight 5. |
